 Hct, MB, TSH, IEM at age 48 hr

if Hct > 60 % -> pls notify

if MB >=11 -> on single phototherapy + เจาะ Blood group , G6PD, direct coomb test, TB,DB

+ Hct,MB วันถัดไป

if MB >= 13 -> on double phototherapy + notify

if MB < 11 -> D/C ได้ , F/U 2 days + Hct,MB
