Side Effects - Opioids

• Constipation (90%) จำเป็นต้องใช้ยาระบายตลอดการใช้ยา ปรับขนาดยาระบายให้เหมาะสม

• Nausea and vomiting – often transient controllable by Haloperidol มักดีขึ้นใน 7 วัน

• Drowsiness – มักดีขึ้นใน 2-3 วันหลังใช้ MO

• Respiratory depression – although shouldn’t occur if doses are titrated appropriately

• Itching พบร้อยละ 7
